Dr (Mrs) Uche, Victoria Efedi is an expert in Consulting,Educational Management and Administration. She has close to 20 years of Educational Management experience, both in the public and private sectors in Nigeria.

 She is well-known nationally and internationally. She is well-vast and has travelled round the globe, delivering lectures, seminars, trainings and workshops to firms, schools, universities and corporate firms both in Nigeria and the diaspora.

 She holds a doctorate degree in Education  (Phd)from Sainte Felicite university, Cotonou. A masters degree (M.Ed) in Education from the Prestigous University of Benin (UNIBEN), and also a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc Ed) in Education from Delta State University, Abraka, one of the top-notch most recognized universities in Nigeria.

  She has made a lot of presentations (both online and offline) at several academic and professional conferences, lectures and symposiums both in Europe, America, Asia and Africa. She is the author of a lot of Management, Administration, Education and Psychology books. She has facilitated trainings within and outside the country.

  She is a career and family woman and is also currently the Vice-Principal of Westminister College, one of the foremost Colleges situated in Lagos, Nigeria, with affiliations to universities in Europe , Canada and America.
