 Shedrach hails from otolokpo, in Ika North-East LGA of Delta State. He is a highly experienced sales and seasoned business development expert who has driven profitability improvement through strategic growth, waste elimination and quality enhancement. He is very enthusiastic, target-driven, resourceful and aggressive toward sales.

He has a long track record of successfully directing the execution of operating plans, and in the past he has worked with some of the world's most respected and recognizable brands like AB Microfinance, Zenith Bank, Simba Industries Limited, Lavigar Processing and Packaging Limited, Ashkom Nigeria Ltd, kano, Allied Educational Resources Ltd, and a host of other market-leading top firms within and outside the country . During this period, he was involved in various assignments cutting across sales and business development, marketing , business advisory, accounting services in different sectors of the economy 

 He holds both his Bsc Finance and MBA degrees from the prestigous world-class University of Lagos (Unilag) and is currently pursuing his doctorate degree in Marketing, Management and Administration. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management- NIM ( Chartered), a member of the Nigerian Institute of Marketing of Nigeria-NIMN (Chartered), an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA), a member of the Chartered Institute of Professional Managers and Administrators, usa (CIPMA), a member of the Institute of Credit Administration (ICA) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria(CIBN).
